In this new year of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, we celebrate the 16th anniversary of Jindelong's establishment. For 16 years, we have been unwavering, weathering storms together, standing shoulder to shoulder, operating with integrity, working pragmatically, innovating, and carrying dreams. Over the past 16 years, Jindelong has grown from a stumbling child in 2007 to a vigorous youth in 2023. At this moment, please allow me, as the founder of Jindelong, to express my heartfelt gratitude to all colleagues for their hard work; to the support and care from the Ziling Town Party Committee and government; to the affection from new and old customers and partners; without everyone, there would be no Jindelong today. Thank you all! At the same time, I would like to extend my sincere condolences and heartfelt thanks to all past and present employees who have fought and contributed to Jindelong! The development of the enterprise relies on the strong support of leaders at all levels and the hard work of every employee. It is because everyone works together, contributing their light and heat, that Jindelong can thrive, and that we can gather here today.
Today is a joyous day for Jindelong, and also a joyous day for all employees!
Looking back over these 16 years, since the factory was established in 2007, we have all walked steadily forward with hard work and unwavering team spirit, making progress step by step. From the initial 450 square meter brick and concrete workshop at the beginning of the factory in 2007, to now having invested nearly 5 million yuan in 6 brand new steel frame workshops covering an area of 8,000 square meters. In 2009, we began our journey in the new factory area, adding a workshop each year for three years. Over the past 16 years, we have invested in more than 10 processing lathes and high-tech processing centers, with a total investment of nearly 9 million yuan. This has greatly enhanced the precision and production capacity of our processing equipment. Over the past 16 years, the factory has manufactured the first 1880mm long net paper machine, the first 3900mm high-speed toilet paper machine, the first 1930mm crescent toilet paper machine, and the first 4800mm wide double-layer net paper machine, creating many firsts for Jindelong. Our cooperative clients have expanded from a few domestic old clients to nearly 20 countries and regions around the world. We have transitioned from the domestic paper industry to the international market, developing into a factory that integrates design, production, and sales. This is the result of the pragmatic innovation, integrity, and hard work of all Jindelong employees. As a member of Jindelong, I feel incredibly proud!
Jindelong's clean and spacious workshops, and the comfortable and pleasant environment of the factory area. In spring, flowers bloom beautifully; in summer, the grass is lush; in autumn, the walls are red and the pavilions are yellow; in winter, everything is wrapped in silver. The factory's development cannot be separated from each and every one of us; it is built little by little by everyone's hands, and every inch of Jindelong's development has been witnessed by everyone's eyes. Through storms and hardships, Jindelong's growth path relies on everyone's hard cooperation, as well as the care and support from the Ziling Town Party Committee and government; it also relies on the strong support from friends.
The past is history, and hope lies in the future! We welcome the year 2023, embarking on a new chapter together. The new year represents new hope and new achievements. I firmly believe that with the joint efforts of all employees, Jindelong will shine even brighter, and everyone will reap abundant rewards. "Integrity and keeping promises" has always been Jindelong's original intention. Remembering our roots, Jindelong will provide each employee with an electric bike and other year-end benefits! In 2023, let’s continue to work hard, raise our sails, and provide better and superior services to our customers! Finally, I wish everyone a happy new year, family happiness, peace and safety, and all the best.
As we bid farewell to the old and welcome the new, we are about to embark on a new chapter in 2023. In the new year, we must prioritize "safety". Every employee must clearly recognize that only with safety can families be happy. Employees can have stable incomes. Enterprises can develop. We must transform "I need safety" into the conscious action of "I want safety". All personnel must take the lead in establishing a "safety red line awareness" and give it sufficient attention in their thoughts.
